Development Group, Inc. (“DGI”) uses Insight to provide optional SMS notifications to authorized employees.
This privacy notice explains what information we collect for Insight SMS notifications and how that information is used.
What information do we collect?
When an authorized employee enables SMS notifications in Insight, we may collect the employee’s name, Insight user account, mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, opt-in timestamp, phone verification status, opt-out status, and SMS delivery or response information.
What do we use your information for?
We use this information only to send and manage optional, non-marketing Insight SMS notifications requested by the employee.
Insight SMS notifications may include account notifications, access request updates, verification messages, and application-related notifications.
SMS notifications are optional and are not required to use Insight.
SMS consent and mobile number sharing
DGI does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
DGI may use service providers, including SMS delivery providers, solely as necessary to deliver Insight SMS notifications and manage opt-in, opt-out, and help requests.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on Insight activity, but most users should expect fewer than 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out
Employees may opt out of Insight SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any Insight SMS message or by disabling SMS notifications in Insight.
After opting out, no further Insight SMS notifications will be sent unless the employee opts in again.
